Our trade
Building in Cameroon rarely costs what was announced. Not because of materials: because of the redoing. A building set out by string, a slab poured without a soil check, an electrical conduit forgotten inside a painted wall. Every mistake is paid for twice, in money and in months.
Our answer is one word: order. We measure the land before drawing, we draw before costing, we cost before digging. And because the survey, the drawings, the structural works, the electrics and the finishing are all ours, nobody waits on the next trade.
